Tree Trimming

             The Village manager can not tell  A.E.P how to trim where or why,
        the last i knew A.E.P has a 50 year right of way agreement with Granville
        to trim, cut down or do whatever they feel necessary, they could take the 45
        foot christmas tree and turn it into a Charlie brown christmas tree if it’s in the
         right of way.
